The story
Two faces. Zero chemicals.
One side of solid American walnut (Juglans nigra) that protects the edge of your knives, and a food-grade titanium plate mounted flush on the other: a non-porous surface for chicken, fish and everything raw — wash it and it's like new, with no bacteria living in the scratches and no shedding of microparticles.
No toxic varnishes, no veneer, no particle board. Food-grade glue and an integrated handle.

Warranty & safety
Lifetime warranty on the metal surfaces. The titanium in our pan holds manufacturer SGS reports: FDA leachable lead (passed) and heavy-metal migration (not detected). The full PDFs are published on our homepage.
